Reiki is a Japanese energy healing art that utilizes Universal channeled energy to clear out old energy, redirect and align new energy, and promote natural healing of the body. It helps us to greatly connect to our inner spirit. When we are connected to our inner spirit we feel more connected to our life and the World around us. Our Chakra, Auric, and Meridian systems are what we focus on.

It is particularly helpful for Empaths/HSPs who tend to absorb more energy, and individuals with trauma.

Acupuncture is the insertion of fine, sterile, single use needles (as thin as a cat’s whisker) into acupuncture points on the body. When these points are activated they move and balance our body's natural energy from deep within to promote healing.

The acu points are located along energetic pathways called Meridians/Channels. These channels carry energy to and from our organs and body parts to promote balance and healing.

It is safe and effective for all ages!

These treatments are simple and don't involve needles. Instead of inserting an acupuncture needle into an acupuncture point on the ear a tiny seed and a bandaid is placed on top of the acupuncture point which stimulates it by applying "pressure". This acu-pressure promotes healing.

Cupping therapy involves using glass or plastic cups with localized suction to the skin to draw the superficial muscle layer slightly into the cup.

This suction helps open the skin’s pores, which stimulates the flow of qi energy and blood to the surface to break up accumulation and create a place for toxins to be drawn out of the body.

It is commonly used to treat pain, especially in the back, hip, and shoulder areas, increase ROM (range of motion) around joints, relieve stress/tension, treat respiratory symptoms and release heat from the body.

Involves repeated pressured strokes over oiled skin with a smooth edge. Like cupping, it is commonly used to treat pain and tension, remove toxins via the lymphatic system, stimulate the respiratory system, and release heat from the body.

Is a combination of massage, acupressure and other forms of body manipulation to acupoints, meridians and groups of muscles or nerves to remove blockages that prevent the flow of qi. Herbal compresses, liniments, ointments and heat may be added to enhance the techniques.

Herbal/Nutritional medicine is derived from natural substances such as flowers, plants, fruits, vegetables, grains, minerals, and animals and taken in a capsule, tablet, tincture, or tea decoction to treat a wide variety of aliments. Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture complement and enhance each other’s healing abilities.

If the body is deficient in a particular vitamin, mineral, etc. taking supplements are a great way to normalize levels.

Supplementation also helps heal our bodies quicker.
