Reiki is a Japanese energy healing art that utilizes Universal channeled energy to clear away old energy, align our different energy centers, and promote natural healing of the body. Cupping therapy involves using glass or plastic cups with localized suction to the skin to draw the superficial muscle layer slightly into the cup.

This suction helps open the skin’s pores, which stimulates the flow of qi energy and blood to the surface to break up accumulation and create a place for toxins to be drawn out of the body.

It is commonly used to treat pain, especially in the back, hip, and shoulder areas, increase ROM (range of motion) around joints, relieve stress/tension, treat respiratory symptoms and release heat from the body.

These treatments are simple and don't involve needles. Instead of inserting an acupuncture needle into an acupuncture point on the ear a tiny seed and a bandaid is placed on top of the acupuncture point which stimulates it by applying "pressure". This acu-pressure promotes healing.

Involves repeated pressured strokes over oiled skin with a smooth edge. Like cupping, it is commonly used to treat pain and tension, remove toxins via the lymphatic system, stimulate the respiratory system, and release heat from the body.

Is a combination of massage, acupressure and other forms of body manipulation to acupoints, meridians and groups of muscles or nerves to remove blockages that prevent the flow of qi. Herbal compresses, liniments, ointments and heat may be added to enhance the techniques.

This therapy warms the qi energy, blood and meridians, which increasing circulation, relaxes body tissue and decreases pain.
